Whether you have a pampered pedigree, a lovable rescue, or a pup with a talent for fancy dress, there’s a class for everyone. This isn’t a serious competition—just a chance to celebrate our four-legged friends, win some trophies, and enjoy a great day out!

Meet Natalie from Paw in Hand

We’re excited to be hosting this event in association with Paw in Hand, led by Natalie, a dog training and behaviour specialist with a passion for canine wellbeing. With expertise in training, nutrition, and home boarding, Natalie is dedicated to helping dogs live their happiest, healthiest lives. She’ll be at the event to share her knowledge and support the day’s activities!

Class Categories 

Think your pup has what it takes? Enter as many classes as you like for just £2 per class!

  1. BEST PEDIGREE

    Open to all pedigree breeds at least 6 months and older and appear on the KC website list.

  2. Best Cross Breed

    Open to all breeds of dog 4 months and older

  3. Best Puppy

    Open to all breeds 14 weeks to 1 year. All puppies must have had their 2nd vaccination.

  4. Most Handsome Fella

    Open to all breeds of dog , 4 months and older.

  5. Prettiest Lady

    Open to all breeds of dog, 4 months and older.

  6. Best rescue

    Open to all breeds of dog, 4 months and older.

  7. Best Family Dog

    Open to all breeds of dog, 4 months and older. The whole family are more than welcome to attend the show ring.

  8. Best Junior Handler

    Open to all breeds of dog, 4 months and older with Junior Handlers aged 4-12. Handlers must be able to confidently manage, control, and present their dog in the ring. While adults can be present for support, it’s the juniors who take the lead!

  9. Best Veteran

    Open to all breeds 8 years and older.

  10. Fancy Dress

    Open to all dogs 4 months and older! Outfits should be fun, comfy, and safe—your pup should be able to walk, sit, and lie down with ease. Get creative and wow the crowd!

  11. Judge's Favourite

    Open to all dogs 4 months and older.

  12. Best in Show

    Open to all dogs who placed first in their class. Our judges will pick the overall top dog, so get ready for a pawsome showdown!

To ensure a safe and enjoyable event for everyone, please follow these simple rules:

  • All dogs must always be kept on a lead unless instructed otherwise.
  • Please clean up after your dog – bins will be provided.
  • Dogs must be well-socialised and comfortable around other dogs and people.
  • Aggressive or disruptive dogs may be asked to leave the event for safety reasons.

Yes, there’s plenty of FREE parking on site and disabled parking spaces are available too.

Our aim at Wroxham Barns is to ensure that all attractions and facilities are managed and enhanced to the very highest standards so that everyone can enjoy our offering.

We are committed to delivering accessibility for all customers, alongside an excellent level of service, which we are continually striving to improve.

We know that your dog is an important part of your family. So, well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome at Wroxham Barns*. Check out our video walkaround with Harry and his dog Reg giving you more information. 

*We are sorry, but dogs are not allowed in the following areas.

  • Junior Farm
  • Field of Fun (accessed via Junior Farm)
  • Dogs are permitted onto Fun Park, but not on the mini golf course

Here are our do’s and dont's to ensure that everybody (humans and dogs) get along with each other.  

  • Your dog/s must be kept on a lead.
  • Please clean up after your dog. We have a poo bag dispenser at the entrance to Wroxham Barns.
  • Dogs are welcome in many of our shops, but please look out for a sign in the window which will indicate whether or not dogs are allowed inside. Some of our shops have displays of merchandise at ground level containing items which could be damaged or contaminated by dogs, so please be aware of ‘licky’ tongues and swooshing tails.

Unfortunately once you have registered for a class you are not eligible for a refund.

Yes, we have our Junior Farm & Fun Park, plus a fantastic Shopping Village, Cafes, and picnic areas to enjoy on the day too. 

There will be a registration tent on the day. 

There will be extra dog activities on the day such as agility, flyball and lots of things for you and your dogs to enjoy.

The show judge is a certified Master Trainer and Behaviourist with the Guild of Dog Trainers and will be available on the day along with other PIH representatives.

TBC - The dog show judge is trained in Canine First Aid and CPR.

We have a Junior Handler class which starts at 4 years old up to 12 years old. Children are permitted to enter other show classes but they should be able to control their dog at all times. Parents/appropriate adults may accompany their children in the show ring.

Unfortunately, for the wellbeing of your dog this is not advised.

Yes, we have our very own campsite.

Unfortunately, for everyone’s safety including your dogs we ask that your dog remains on lead whilst attending this event. We respectfully ask you to refrain from using a flexi lead but should you use one please keep it on its shortest setting.

Dog Show registration will be done on an individual basis however if you book 3+ classes you will receive a small gift for your dog.

Yes, we welcome XL Bullies. Please ensure you bring their up to date insurance certificate, their exemption certificate and they must be wearing a correctly fitted muzzle at all times. You will be asked for these on the day. Failure to provide this documentation will result in you having to leave the venue.
