Pop Up Studios
We’re really pleased to be able to welcome new makers, creators & artisans weekly throughout the year in our Pop Up Studio’s.
We're looking for independent traders, local artisans and producers (established businesses or testing the market), who would like a trading opportunity for a week at a time. We'll welcome applications for all types of products, clothing, antiques, collectables, toys, art, and crafts, or anything else you think would sell here in the heart of the Norfolk Broads.

Pop Up Studio One
The largest of the all units available, Pop Up Studio One is positioned next to Willow Tree Delicatessen and looks out at the entrance to the Wroxham Barns site. It's in a fantastic position to be seen by all passing footfall. The unit is 3.4m x 3.2m. Price is £95 for one week in school holiday's and £75 for one week in term time.

Pop Up Studio Two
Our baby unit, Pop Up Studio Two, is positioned opposite Willow Tree Delicatessen and close to the entrance to the Wroxham Barns site. It's location is in an enviable position, visible to all passing footfall. The unit is 2.9m x 2.3m. Price is £75 for one week in school holiday's and £50 for one week in term time.

Pop Up Studio Three
This Pop Up Studio enjoys a premium location on the site, adjacent to the entrance of the Courtyard complex. The studio measures 3.8m x 3m. Price is £90 in school holiday's and £70 during term time.
Time in our Pop Up Studio's
A maximum of 8 weeks per year can be booked and we allow one week in every 6 to give our visitors variety. First day of trading is a Monday through to Sunday. You may access our Pop Up Studio's from 10am the day prior to your booking until 6pm on the last day of your booking period.
