What happens if I miss my slot to see Santa?

Unfortunately, there are no guarantees we can find another. We expect The Christmas Experience to be a sell out event. Therefore, it is really important to arrive in good time to meet Santa. We cannot be held accountable if you miss your time as we will have other guests waiting.

No. This is the time you will meet Santa. Our experience runs from 9am to 6:45pm and you are welcome to be with us all day!

Santa's grotto is large enough to accommodate up to 14 people (adults & children). You will experience a private meeting for your group.

If you choose to pay a 25% deposit to secure your slot, the remainder of your balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to your visit. If you would rather pay sooner, you can do this anytime by logging into your account. We will be in touch to remind you when any payments are due.

Yes, we can offer a discount of 25% off additional tickets for groups of 6+. This discount is applied automatically at the checkout when booking online.

If you have a baby in a pram or sling that does not require a gift from Santa, there is no charge. However, if you would like them to receive a gift, we ask that you do book them on with an Under 2 ticket charged at £10.

Absolutely! The Christmas Experience takes place across both Junior Farm and the Fun Park and your ticket INCLUDES access to everything. No hidden costs.

As long as you want it to! We have enough activities going on to last the whole day. You are free to explore everything at your leisure. Our Elf College show will be at various times throughout the day. With animal petting and fun park rides to enjoy in addition to the Christmas activities, there is lots to do and included in your ticket!

He sure does. Prior to your visit, we will request some information from you to pass on to Santa ensuring your children receive a magical experience.

Santa will give each child a golden coin which they can spend in our spectacular toy shop on a gift of their choice. All toys are categorised in age groups to make it easier to find a suitable toy.

Tickets are non-refundable. We ask for only a 25% deposit upfront to secure your space or the full amount can be paid should you wish.

Being on a farm, you will be outdoors, however, each of our activities are all either undercover or inside. We would recommend wrapping up warm and wearing suitable footwear.
